1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Shoplix platform (website or mobile application), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. User Declaration & Acknowledgement

Registration on the platform is strictly voluntary. By using Shoplix, the user acknowledges that they have independently reviewed and accepted all company policies. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

3. Account Security & OTP

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, and OTPs (One-Time Passwords). Shoplix shall not be liable for any financial loss or unauthorized transactions resulting from the user sharing their credentials or negligence in securing their device.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws. Shoplix reserves the right to terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements.

5. Services Provided

Shoplix provides access to various digital and physical services, including:

  • E-commerce and online shopping (Physical Products).
  • Utility bill payments and digital recharge services (BBPS).
  • Wallet-based promotional rewards and cashback offers.
  • Delivery and seller-related services.

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Payments, Transactions & Refunds

All transactions on the platform are subject to the company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy. Digital services, recharges, and bill payments are generally non-refundable. Users are strictly advised to verify all transaction details (e.g., mobile number, consumer ID, amount) before confirming a payment.

7. Wallet Points & Promotional Incentives

Wallet points, reward points, and cashback are provided solely for promotional purposes. These benefits carry no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash, transferred to bank accounts, UPI IDs, or other users unless specifically permitted by the company.

8. Changes to Business or Incentive Plans

Shoplix Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any business plan, promotional structure, cashback system, or incentive program at its sole discretion to adapt to market conditions or legal requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and software available on the platform are the exclusive property of SHOPLIX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or money-laundering activities.
  • Submitting false information, fake KYC documents, or fraudulent complaints.
  • Attempting to bypass platform security, hacking, or misusing payment APIs.
  • Using any automated systems or bots to access the services.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Shoplix reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts in cases involving policy violations, suspicious financial activity, or any illegal use of the platform. In such cases, any remaining wallet balance or promotional points may be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Shoplix Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Users access and use the services at their own risk.

13. Policy Updates

Shoplix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on the website or mobile application. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of the platform or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Asansol, West Bengal, India.
