1. Shipping and Delivery Process

SHOPLIX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Shoplix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) facilitates the delivery of physical products through trusted third-party logistics and courier partners.

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines (usually 3–7 working days) are approximate and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and courier operations.
  • Proof of Delivery: Delivery is considered complete when the courier partner provides a delivery confirmation, electronic signature, or OTP-based verification.
  • Service Areas: We strive to deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India, subject to the operational reach of our logistics partners.

2. Delays and Delivery Limitations

Shoplix shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier partner operational delays or sorting issues.
  • Natural disasters, floods, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Government restrictions, lockdowns, or local strikes.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address/contact details provided by the user.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellable Orders: Users may request cancellation only if the order status is “Pending” or “Processing” and the cancellation button is active.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order is marked as "Shipped," "Dispatched," or has been handed over to the courier, cancellation or modification is not possible.
  • User Responsibility: Users must double-check their order and address before payment.

4. Digital Services and Instant Processing

For digital products (Recharges, Bill Payments, Subscriptions), processing is generally instant.

  • Timeline: While mostly instant, in case of technical glitches, processing may take up to T+2 working days.
  • Non-Refundable: Once a digital service is successfully processed or activated, it is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Wallet Credits: Wallet top-ups are processed instantly and are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Refunds Related to Shipping & Cancellation

  • Eligible Refunds: If an order is cancelled within the permitted window, the refund will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable once the product has been dispatched.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the Shoplix Wallet or the original payment source at the company's discretion.

6. User Acknowledgement

By placing an order on Shoplix, the user acknowledges that:

  • They have provided accurate and complete delivery information.
  • They understand that delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  • They have read and agreed to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Policy Updates

Shoplix reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The version published on the website/app at the time of the transaction will be applicable.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Asansol, West Bengal, India.
