User registration by ticking the acceptance checkbox shall be treated as legal, valid, and binding consent, equivalent to a written agreement.

If the user does not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, they must not register or use the platform.

  1. User Declaration & Acknowledgement

The user expressly declares and confirms that:

  • They are registering voluntarily and without any pressure
  • They have understood all policies including Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Cancellation Policy
  • They are aware that payments are final and non-refundable
  • They understand that wallet points are promotional benefits only
  • They are fully responsible for their actions on the platform

No claim of ignorance, misunderstanding, or lack of knowledge shall be accepted after registration.

  1. Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
Shoplix reserves the right to reject or terminate any registration without assigning a reason.

  1. Services Offered

Shoplix provides access to:

  • Online shopping
  • Digital services
  • Utility bill payments and recharges
  • Wallet-based promotional benefits
  • Platform-based services as updated from time to time

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at the company’s discretion.

  1. Payments, Refunds & Charge backs

All payments made on the platform are final and binding.

The user agrees that:

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • No chargeback, dispute, or reversal shall be initiated
  • Raising false chargeback complaints may result in account termination and legal action

Shoplix shall not be responsible for losses caused due to user error or misunderstanding.

  1. Wallet Points & Promotional Benefits

Wallet points:

  • Are not cash
  • Have no monetary value
  • Are non-transferable and non-withdraw able
  • Can be modified, reduced, expired, or withdrawn at any time

The company does not guarantee any profit, savings, income, or benefit through wallet points or promotions.

  1. Business Plan / Incentive Plan Changes

SHOPLIX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify, update, change, suspend, or discontinue any:

  • Business plan
  • Incentive structure
  • Percentage or calculation method
  • Promotional benefit

Such changes may be made at any time without prior notice, and users shall not raise any claim, dispute, or legal demand in this regard.

  1. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Misuse the platform
  • Submit false complaints or refund claims
  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Violate any policy or applicable law

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

  1. Account Suspension & Termination

The company reserves the absolute right to:

  • Suspend
  • Restrict
  • Permanently terminate

any account due to:

  • Policy violation
  • Non-payment
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misrepresentation
  • Illegal or immoral use

Such action may be taken without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Shoplix shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profits or expected benefits
  • User decisions or misuse of services

Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

  1. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SHOPLIX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from any claims, losses, damages, legal notices, penalties, or expenses arising due to:

  • User’s violation of these Terms
  • False chargebacks or disputes
  • Illegal use of the platform
  1. Policy Updates
  • Shoplix reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use, along with any related policies, plans, offers, discounts, or conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
  • The latest version published on the website or mobile application shall be final, binding, and enforceable.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Asansol, West Bengal, India.

By proceeding with registration and clicking the acceptance checkbox, the user confirms that:

  • They agree to be legally bound
  • They waive any future claim based on misunderstanding
