Refunds

Shoplix generally operates under a strict "No Refunds" policy for all transactions, including recharges and bill payments.

However, exceptions to this policy may apply in specific cases, such as technical errors that result in multiple charges for the same transaction. In such instances, Shoplix will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at its sole discretion.

Cancellation

Users may cancel pending transactions on Shoplix before they are completed.

Once a transaction has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled. Users are strongly advised to verify all details carefully before confirming any transaction.

Exceptions

Technical Errors: If a technical error occurs during a transaction—such as incorrect charges or failure to deliver the intended service—users may contact Shoplix customer support for resolution.

Fraudulent Activity: In the case of suspected fraudulent activity, Shoplix reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, which may include canceling transactions and suspending or blocking user accounts.
