- General Payment and Refund Rules
All payments made on the Shoplix platform, including product purchases, service fees, subscriptions, memberships, activation charges, digital services, platform usage fees, and wallet credits, are non refundable.
Once a payment is successfully completed, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
Users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy before making any payment.
- Order Cancellation Rules
Users may cancel only those orders that are in pending status and where the cancellation option is available in the system.
Once an order is confirmed, processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
Users are advised to carefully review all order details before confirming a purchase.
- Shopping Wallet Points and Free Wallet Points
Shoplix may provide users with shopping wallet points or free wallet points based on the selected shopping point package, as part of promotional offers or system benefits.
These points are provided only as an additional facility and do not represent cash, money, or any refundable value.
- Use of Shopping Wallet Points
- Shopping wallet points can be used only for future shopping on the Shoplix platform.
- The redeem percentage, usage limits, validity, and applicable conditions shall be decided and modified by the company from time to time at its sole discretion.
- Limitations of Shopping Wallet Points
- Shopping wallet balance cannot be converted into cash under any circumstances.
- Shopping wallet points cannot be transferred to any bank account, UPI, or other payment method.
- Shopping wallet points cannot be claimed as a refund or as a substitute for money.
- Shopping wallet points do not carry any monetary value.
The company reserves the right to modify, limit, expire, withdraw, or cancel shopping wallet points at any time without prior notice.
- Relationship Between Refunds and Wallet Points
If an order is cancelled as permitted by the system, only the shopping wallet points directly linked to that order may be reversed.
No cash, bank transfer, or online payment amount shall be refunded in any case.
- No Guaranteed Benefit or Savings
Shoplix does not guarantee any fixed savings, assured benefits, profits, income, or discounts through shopping wallet points or promotional offers.
The availability and usage of points depend on system availability and user choice.
- Technical or Exceptional Situations
In case of a verified technical issue, such as a duplicate payment due to a payment gateway error, or where the amount is deducted but the order or service is not activated, the company may review the case after internal verification and provide a resolution at its sole discretion.
Personal dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, delay, or unmet expectations shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
- Misuse and False Claims
If a user submits false refund or cancellation requests, misuses shopping wallet points, or violates this policy, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user account, cancel wallet points, and take appropriate legal action if required.
- Policy Updates
Shoplix reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
The latest version available on the website or application shall be considered final and binding.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
- Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Asansol, West Bengal.
